Two men accused of shooting a patron during an armed robbery at a bowling club in Newcastle have pleaded not guilty to attempted murder.
24-year-old Joel Barton and 27-year-old Ryker Jennar appeared before a Newcastle court today, charged over the shooting of Dick McGuigan at the Water Board Bowling Club in June, 2010.
The pair is also accused of robbing three other businesses.
The case will now move to Sydney.
