WEATHER UPDATE: SHOWERS RETURNING
The strong southerly winds affecting the Hunter and Mid North Coast are going to move to the SE and back off as the low moves away from the coast.
This is going to help drive in cloud and patchy shower activity which will extend further north, reaching SE Queensland across the weekend. A few patchy showers will also reach the North West.
The large swell will ease in the coming days, but wave quality will be low as the winds moves more onshore.
