ROSEBUD CLAIM WPL TITLE WITH TWO ROUNDS LEFT TO PLAY

With two rounds left to play in the Women’s Premier League Adamstown Rosebud has already wrapped up the minor premiership, thanks to a huge goal difference.
The Emerging Jets are certain to finish second and over the weekend they made light work of third placed Merewether.
Ash Brodigan made it two nil to the Jets with a tap-in midway through the first half.
Libby Copus-Brown then scored a spectacular long range goal to make it three.
The skipper would go on to grab a hat trick before the break as part of the 5-1 win.
