A 16-year-old boy will face court in September, after allegedly crashing a stolen Holden Commodore into a police car at Raymond Terrace.
At about 11:30pm on July 13, police spotted the car on William Bailey Street and attempted to stop it twice.
The driver then tried to turn on to Adelaide Street when it collided with police, injuring two officers.
The teenager and his 16-year-old passenger were not injured.
