Amid speculation British billionaire Marwan Koukash wants to buy the Newcastle Knights, the man himself is playing his cards close to his chest.
Koukash bought the Salford Red Devils last year, saving the Super League club from financial ruin.
Last night he tweeted, “I would confirm there’s been some contact with an NRL team but it’s very early days, my absolute focus remains the Red Devils”.
