Tamworth cyclist Tori Saunders has taken a different approach to this week’s Omnium Nationals in Adelaide.
She’s been training on the South Coast and living with Wollongong-based coach Mick Keijda.
Having won the New South Wales title last year, Saunders is hoping to add the Australian crown.
She’ll be facing stiff competition, with the field littered with fellow members of August’s Junior World Championships team.
Racing begins on Wednesday.
