Police are investigating an aggravated robbery that took place in the Hunter over the weekend.
At 11:30 on Saturday night, a man armed with a gun entered a home on Delprat Avenue at Beresfield, demanding cash from the man and woman inside… but only stealing a packet of cigarettes.
Investigators are looking into a number of similar incidents in the area over the last month.
Including one that took place at a bowling club on Anderson Drive, where a man threatened an employee with a gun.
