Sydney’s Palm Beach Padlocks have swept the opposition aside to win the open men’s surf boat final at the Craft Carnival in Coffs Harbour.
Queensland’s Tugun Hunters took out the open women’s at the event, which celebrated its 40th year with a state of origin flavour.
