It’s been a magic couple of days for most of the region with lots of sunshine and heat.
A couple of showers and storms have been forming this afternoon across the NW and about the Barringtons. Tomorrow is going to become a lot more active across most of the broadcast region.
A large rain band will be moving in from the west and thunderstorm development is likely especially for the northern ranges, border towns and SE QLD.
The area of instability is going to linger for northern NSW and SE QLD across the weekend so more storms and rain periods are expected.
