‘CARING FOR COUNTRY’ CD LAUNCHED

With the Country Music Festival just around the corner, some musicians are putting their talents towards a very good cause.

Tamworth Family Support Services today launched its ‘Caring for Country’ CD.

Funds raised from its sale will go towards the organisation’s community programs.

Country music star Aleyce Simmonds says the organisation’s work is vital.

“Supporting the local community, people in need, with really specialised programs assisting with things like domestic violence and homelessness which are actually more prevalent today in this region than most of us realise,” Aleyce said.
