The Newcastle Knights’ Kalyn Ponga has been ruled out for another two weeks with injury.
Ponga underwent scans on Sunday morning, to determine the severity of an injury picked up while playing for Queensland in State of Origin.
He’s expected to miss two weeks, after the scans showed he suffered a strain to his calf.
The 21-year-old sat out Saturday night’s 26-12 win over Brisbane.
