High Jumper Nicola McDermott set a new personal best to win gold at the New South Wales All Schools Championships.
The 16-year old also recorded a Commonwealth Games B-qualifier, and is now ranked fourth in the World for her age, and number two in Australia, clearing one-metre 83.
