A 49-year-old man will appear in Gosford Local Court today, following the fatal shooting of a man at Gosford yesterday.
About 2pm yesterday police arrived at Gertrude Street where a man had barricaded himself inside a unit.
The man was later arrested and taken to Gosford Police Station where he was charged with murder and other firearm offences.
Police later located the body of a 48-year-old man in the courtyard of the unit.
