NEW LIFE FOR DAMAGED SEAWALL
Works will begin next month to reconstruct a damaged section of the Tuncurry seawall.
Recent storm events have caused parts of the wall between Coral Avenue and the Fisherman’s Co-op to fail.
The section will be replaced with a rock revetment wall, similar to other parts of the harbour.
The catwalks will also be removed and replaced with six new ones.
The works are expected to take three months to complete.
