A 32-year-old Taree man has been sentenced to four months gaol, after pleading guilty to a string of offences relating to forging prescriptions.
Detectives were alerted yesterday, after a man and a woman presented suspicious prescriptions to a pharmacy in Taree, attempting to obtain restricted drugs.
A 33-year-old woman has also been charged, she’ll face Taree Local Court in September.
