Emergency services have confirmed that the driver of a bus which slammed into a townhouse on the Central Coast has died.
The crash happened on Greenfield Road at Empire Bay at around 4:15 this afternoon.
A man inside the property suffered serious head injuries and is in a critical condition.
11 passengers have been treated at the scene for minor injuries, as has a woman also inside the townhouse.
Police are advising motorists to avoid the area.
