A Finks bikie has faced court over a brutal brawl with rival gang, the Nomads, at the ‘Cooly Rocks On’ festival.
24-year-old Matt Boardman was the only accused to appear today.
Seven others have been charged with affray after last month’s violent incident.
An elderly man who filmed the fight was punched in the face and several classic cars were damaged.
“They make no comment their instructions are to obtain the footage and to receive advice from us.”
The case has been adjourned for a month, to allow lawyers more time to examine the footage.
