Former Gold Coast Titan Brad Meyers has shared some tricks of his trade with budding electrician and league player, Sam Irwin.
The pair bonded over switches and wires today as part of the NRL’s “Trading Up” initiative.
The program has been designed to encourage aspiring professional sportsmen to take on a trade as a backup plan for the future.
“Showing young guys you can juggle both and it does help to go through an apprenticeship.”
