TENDERER NAMED FOR COFFS JUSTICE PRECINCT
Richard Crookes Constructions has been named as the successful tenderer for Coffs Harbour’s new $74-million Justice Precinct.
The national company will begin work on the centre incorporating a new police station and law courts within two months.
The project at the corner of Beryl Street and Woolgoolga Road will generate around 270 jobs.
“I would guess the vast majority of those jobs needing supervision will come from the Coffs Harbour local government area,” said Andrew Fraser, Member for Coffs Harbour.
The state of the art complex on the old forestry site is expected to take two years to build.
