HUNTER WALK FOR FREEDOM

Human trafficking affects more than 2.5 million people across the world.

Today in Lake Macquarie, almost 400 people pounded the pavement as part of the Hunter Walk for Freedom, aimed at raising awareness of the issue.

The six-kilometre trek from Speers Point to Warners Bay and back, raising money for the Salvation Army.
