A man and two children have died in a horrific head on collision on the state’s Far North Coast.
The accident happened just after eight o’clock this morning on McDonald’s Bridge Road, North of Casino.
While investigations are still underway, it is being reported that a driver lost control of his car on a bend and ploughed into a parked vehicle with a man and two small children inside.
All three died at the scene.
A man and two children have have been taken to Lismore Base hospital with non life threatening injuries.
