A court hearing has been scheduled for the two men charged with throwing a two-seater lounge over a balcony at a Tamworth hotel in March.
A 32-year-old Ballina man and 27-year-old man from Queensland will appear before Tamworth local court on July 24.
Both have been charged with recklessly causing grievous bodily harm, and assault occasioning grievous bodily harm.
The incident left a 43-year-old local woman with spinal injuries.
