A man has been charged with starting a bush fire in the Central Hunter earlier this year, that burnt 100 hectares of bushland.
Four water-bombing helicopters and 170 firefighters were needed to control the fire in Aberdare, which started on January 17.
Police allege the fire started after the man set alight an abandoned car.
Yesterday a 20-year-old man was charged with intentionally causing a fire and will face Cessnock Local Court next month.
