An emergency situation has been declared after a suspicious package was found at a Robina car dealership.
Officers located the device at a business on Brabham Circuit at around 12:45 this afternoon, and have set up a 100 metre exclusion zone.
Nearby businesses were also evacuated.
Christine Avenue is closed between Robina Parkway and Scottsdale Drive, and motorists are advised to stay away from the area.
