The Byron Bay Liquor Accord are calling for new members.
It says it will contact each licensed venue in the town over the next two months, in a bid to broaden its membership.
It’s hoped that together, local pubs and clubs can help tackle a rise in alcohol-fuelled violence in the town.
“We believe that every licensed venue has their part to play within the accord and can do some positive change so if everyone is apart of the accord together we can come up with the best solutions.”
