WEATHER UPDATE: A FINE END TO THE WEEK

The regular shower activity for northern NSW and SE QLD is with us once again but conditions are going to improve for a fine end to the week.

The NE, New England and Greater Hunter have been enjoying a fine run and that trend is set to continue with the mercury rising a little day by day.

The warmer drier air will be pushed into NE NSW and SE QLD from Thursday clearing the skies and patchy showers making way for a fine weekend in the north.

A trough and weak change will produce some rain late Saturday into Sunday across the southern parts of the NW and Hunter.
