For the first time in the event’s history, Port Macquarie will host the New South Wales Junior Touch Football Cup.
The locals will have strong representation, but they know it’ll be tough to take down the traditionally dominant Sydney sides.
About 12,000 players, spectators and officials are expected to take part in the event, which will kick off at Tuffins Lane on Saturday.
But it’s not just a one-off – Port Macquarie will host the event for the next three years.
