Acting Premier Andrew Stoner won’t be using his time in the region to visit anti-coal seam gas activists at Maules Creek.
Protestors have been camped at the Leard State Forest for almost 170 days.
The group includes Jonathon Moylan – the man behind the ANZ email hoax targeting Whitehaven Coal.
“If those people want to sit out there in the heat for another 170 days – good luck to them. But I can advise Mr Moylan that if he continues to break the law as he did in relation to falsified documents – then the force of the law will be applied.” – Acting Premier Andrew Stoner
