A 25 year old man has been struck in the face and headbutted, while at Gosford’s waterfront carnival last night.
Police allege the assault occurred when two men were having an argument.
The offender described as also around 25, solid, with heavily tattooed arms and legs was last seen getting into a red commodore, before it drove away.
