WOMAN DIES IN CABIN FIRE AT YAMBA RETIREMENT VILLAGE

Residents of a retirement village have tried to save the life of a woman, who became trapped inside her burning cabin at Yamba on the north coast.

Sadly she later died in hospital – investigators suspect a smouldering cigarette may have caused the tragedy.
