A woman has died after falling from the balcony of a high-rise apartment on the Gold Coast.
Police say she fell 13-floors from a unit on Wahroonga Place at Surfers Paradise, at around 2:30 this morning.
Officers are reportedly investigating whether a man was inside the unit when she fell.
