The body of an 18-year-old man has been retrieved from the Hawkesbury River near Lower Portland.
The man had been on a house boat with family and work colleagues, but failed to return from a swim about 8.30pm yesterday.
Police were notified and conducted a search, assisted by Marine Area Command, SES volunteers, NSW Marine Rescue, and NSW Ambulance personnel.
Police divers found the body near where he’d been last seen at about 10 o’clock.
