WEATHER UPDATE: WINTER’S LAST EFFORT

Winter is giving us one last flick of its tail after a warmer and drier than average season.

Temperatures have dropped thanks the last cold out break for August.

A couple of very cold nights with freezing starts for many inland areas are on the way. The chilly, dry SW winds will continue along with the clear blue skies before conditions warm back up by the weekend
