The Tamworth Lions Club Annual Charity Book Sale only started yesterday,but almost half the stock is already gone.
Compared to sales on the first day last year, they increased by almost double.
The club has all sorts of books up for sale….including cooking, fiction, non-fiction and childrens books.
The local members have spent weeks sorting through the donated books and setting up for the event.
All profits go towards local charities and community projects that the lions club supports.
The sale will continue until the 11th of November.
