A man has been arrested in Mungindi after being on the wanted list for seven years.
At 5pm on Saturday, police stopped a car on St George Street to conduct a random breath test when they realised there were outstanding warrants on a 31-year-old man in the vehicle.
He was wanted for a number of offences committed in Lightning Ridge, Collarenebri and Mungindi dating back to 2005 and 2006.
