WALLSEND WOLVES MAUL RIVALS AT REGIONAL TOUCH FOOTY TITLES

Wallsend has reaffirmed its dominance in regional touch football, taking out the grand final of the open men’s and women’s divisions at Maitland.
Nelson Bay came closest to knocking off the Wolves, having booked its place in the women’s decider with a 7-1 win over Dubbo.
In the other semi, Wallsend was way too strong for Maitland.
With the likes of state representative Tanisha Stanton in the ranks, the Wolves finished in front 9-nil.
