A Coffs Harbour man, accused of sexually assaulting a woman at Evans Head last week, has been granted bail.
Darren Atkins appeared in Lismore Local Court today via video link from prison, which he was released from under a number of strict conditions.
Police allege the 54-year-old sexually assaulted the 31-year-old woman late on Thursday night, while she was asleep.
The matter will return to court in January.
