Taree is set to come alive on Saturday night when the town hosts its first ever night bazaar.
The event will be similar to the Newcastle Night Markets which launched earlier this year.
It all gets underway after the Tidy Up Taree volunteers finish their latest project to beautify the town.
Shops on Victoria Street will open their doors in the evening, with cafes and food stalls serving up dishes made from local produce… there will also be live music performed by local bands.
“From 6-9 we’re hoping the whole of Taree and the surrounds will come down and enjoy what we’ve done but also get a chance to buy some local produce and some artwork.”
