A man will spend Christmas behind bars after he was stopped by police while riding a motorbike at Tweed Heads on Thursday night, despite being banned from driving until 2052.
The 36-year-old from Coolangatta was allegedly driving dangerously and in possession of drugs.
He appeared at Tweed Heads Local Court yesterday where he was refused bail to appear again in late January.
