Former Greens Leader Bob Brown has found plenty to keep him busy following his retirement from parliament.
He’s in Coffs Harbour this weekend lending his support to Birdlife Australia’s Congress and Campout.
Officially opened by the former Senator this morning, the two day event aims to address a number of issues facing Australia’s bird population, such as declining numbers.
Following the congress, a three day Campout will be held at Urunga, giving travelling bird enthusiasts a look at species native to this region and the issues they face.
