WEATHER UPDATE: BLUE SKIES RETURN

It was a brilliant start to week with beautiful blue skies over head for all of the region.

Nights are cold once again and frosts will develop across parts of the North West and Tablelands on Monday night after an incredible week of rain.

Moree has now received twice its July average. While most locations have secured the monthly average for the month.

There will be morning fog patches a plenty before another mostly fine day but showers are set to return to South East Queensland and North East New South Wales on Tuesday afternoon and they are going to settle in for the week.

The Hunter will enjoy the longest run of fine sunny days with the shower activity closing in at the end from Thursday.
