Bowraville man Adam John Kennedy appeared in Port Macquarie local court today, charged with the murder of a 43-year-old Toormina woman.
Her body was discovered at a home in Kookaburra Lane at Bowraville in May this year.
Police allege Kennedy killed the woman at a house in Toormina.
Kennedy remains in custody, and will re-appear in Coffs Harbour Court in August.
