From today, Armidale residents will be on level one water restrictions with the town supply at an all time low.
It’s the first time in over a half a century, water levels are sitting at 60 per cent capacity.
The restrictions limit watering to mornings and evenings, while sprinklers can be used for no more than two hours a day.
Meanwhile, residents in Guyra have been upgraded to level two water restrictions
