This weekend’s Geoquest Adventure Race at Forster is set to be keenly contested with final preparations now underway.
Coffs Harbour’s four-man team led by Glenn George, put in some some last minute training today at the Jetty.
The 48-hour event includes up to 60-kilometres of kayaking, 120-kilometres of cycling and 80ks of trekking.
” There’s a lot of tactical stuff in it it’s gruelling especially mentally because it’s so long and you just have to break it down into little pieces there’s a;so a lot of tactics about navigating and what trails you are going to take .”
Entrants will leave the line at 8am on Saturday.
