Meanwhile, a 23-year-old man accused of murdering Timothy Whan at Casino last year has had the charge dismissed in Lismore Local Court.
Peter Chaplin was facing one count of murder, over the death of Mr Whan last year, however prosecutors withdrew the charge this morning.
The 30-year-old died of cardiac arrest after a domestic argument at a Diary Street home last October.
