REDUCING KOALA DEATHS KEY POINT OF ‘DOGS BREAKFAST’ EVENT

Tails were wagging in the Byron Shire today, as residents and their furry friends gathered for the first inaugural ‘dog’s breakfast.’

115 koalas have been injured in domestic dog attacks in the Northern Rivers since 2009 – a statistic Council is desperately hoping to change.
