On 10 December 2011, NBN News reported a finding by the Land and Environment Court in which Ramsey Food Processing Pty Limited was convicted of contempt and fined $300,000. NBN News wishes to clarify that the orders were made against the corporate entity, and that no order was made against Mr Stuart Ramsey personally in those proceedings.
