NEGOTIATIONS UNDERWAY IN GLOUCESTER
Protestors have continued their blockade at a Gloucester property to stop gas company AGL from drilling four coal seam gas exploration wells.
Residents are now preparing to spend their fourth consecutive night at the site, and say they won’t leave until an independent water study is undertaken.
AGL representatives visited the property today to continue negotiations with members of the Barrington-Gloucester-Stroud Preservation Alliance.
AGL has agreed it won’t bring any trucks on the site in the interim.
