One of the state’s largest housing developments is back on the agenda after a win in the New South Wales Court of Appeal.
Developers behind the Huntlee New Town Project, near Branxton, have successfully had an earlier land and envrionment court rejection of the project overturned.
The $1.5 billion Huntlee proposal is zoned as a state significant site and promises the development of 7,500 houses and 200 hectares of employment lands.
