Two fishermen had a lucky escape off Port Macquarie’s Town Beach when their tinnie flipped on the Hastings River bar this afternoon.
The men were rescued by crew and tourists on board a local whale watching tour boat.
Once ashore the men were treated by paramedics, their boat was also recovered.
